FAQs

How much space do I need?

We routinely build from 1.2×1.7 m upwards but contact us and we shall see what can be done. Allow ventilation and a small service void for cabling.

What about electrics?

Most heaters require a dedicated isolated circuit and installation by a qualified electrician. We advise at survey stage.

How long does it take?

Typical lead time is 6–10 weeks from sign-off, with 1–3 days on-site depending on complexity.

How do I maintain the sauna?

Wipe surfaces after use, leave the door ajar to ventilate, and lightly oil benches annually. We provide a care guide.

How should I prepare my space before installation?

Ensure the room is measured accurately and cleared of obstacles. A level floor, suitable ventilation, and a nearby electrical supply are essential. We’ll advise you on any adjustments needed during the design stage so your sauna can be fitted quickly and cleanly.
